Application for Donations: All donations need to be submitted in writing one month prior to the event. Letter of request must include, 501(c)(3) status, mission statement, type of donation seeking and the organization’s contact number and email address. All donations will be reviewed and the organization will be notified in writing of all donation request outcomes.
